Good questions. Clear answers.

A little more about caring for your pool, working with Zion Pools and getting started.

What areas does Zion Pools serve?

We provide inground pool service in St. George, Washington, Ivins and Santa Clara, Utah. Share your location so we can confirm route availability and the service you need.

What does weekly pool service include?

Routine care includes cleaning, water testing and balancing, basic equipment checks and an email service report. Your quote explains the agreed scope and any services charged separately.

How much does pool service cost?

Pricing depends on pool size, equipment, condition, access and service frequency. Request a quote for your pool so the price and scope are clear before service begins.

How often does a pool need cleaning?

Weekly professional service is a practical routine for many pools. Wind, heavy use and unexpected debris may call for extra attention between visits.

Do you service above-ground pools?

Zion Pools currently focuses on inground pools and does not offer above-ground pool service.

Do I need to be home for weekly service?

We can discuss access arrangements when setting up service. Tell us about locked gates, pets and any special instructions so the visit can be planned.

Will I receive a report after service?

Yes. Zion Pools sends an email service report after each visit so you can keep track of your pool’s care.

Can you repair or replace pool equipment?

Yes. We work on pumps, heaters, filters, valves, plumbing, cleaners and control systems, and help compare repairs with equipment upgrades.

What should I do if my pool equipment stops working?

Call (435) 287-5086 and describe the symptoms and any error code. Avoid opening electrical or pressurized equipment. For an immediate threat to someone’s safety, contact emergency services.

Do you install new pool plumbing and equipment sets?

Yes. Alongside our ongoing maintenance and equipment repair services, Zion Pools offers new pool plumbing and equipment sets. Share your plans, property address and construction stage so we can discuss the installation scope and schedule.
