What’s included? How often do we come? Here are the questions we hear most.
Where do you work?
We service inground pools in St. George, Washington, Ivins and Santa Clara. Send your address and what you need so we can check route availability.
What does weekly service include?
Cleaning, water testing and balancing, visible equipment checks and an email report. Your quote explains the work and any separate charges.
How much does pool service cost?
It depends on the pool’s size, condition, equipment, access and service schedule. Ask us for a quote so you know the price and what it covers.
How often does my pool need cleaning?
We recommend weekly service for reliable results. Wind, heavy use and extra debris can mean a little attention between visits.
Do you service above-ground pools?
No. We currently service inground pools.
Do I need to be home?
We can work out access when setting up service. Let us know about locked gates, pets and any special instructions.
Will I know what happened during the visit?
Yes. We email a service report after each visit so you can keep track of your pool’s care.
Can you fix or replace my equipment?
Yes. We work on pumps, heaters, filters, valves, plumbing, cleaners and controls. We can also help you compare a repair with an upgrade.
What if my equipment stops working?
Call (435) 287-5086. Tell us what happened and any error code. Leave electrical and pressurized equipment closed. If someone is in immediate danger, contact emergency services.
Do you install plumbing and equipment for new pools?
Yes. Send your plans, address and construction stage so we can talk through the equipment, installation work and schedule.
When can I reach you?
Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., Mountain Time. We aim to reply within one business day.
